Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. You can check the status of your order here. To cancel, please contact our support team at support@olraa.com.
Order Cancellation After Shipment or Delivery: Once an order has been shipped or received, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the product as outlined in our Return Policy.
Return Policy
Return Window: Return requests may be initiated within 2 days of delivery if you no longer wish to keep the product(s).
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at support@olraa.com to request a return. Then go to “My Orders” under account and search for the return shipping address. Take a print of the “Return Shipping Address”
Ship the Product: Carefully package the product and ship it back to our shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 4-5 business days.
Note:
Healthcare items, food products, and perishable goods are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
The shipping costs for returning the products have to be borne by the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, OLRAA will issue a full refund.
Items that are partially used or consumed.
Please contact our support team at support@olraa.com within 2 days of delivery with valid proof of the damage (e.g., photos or videos).
We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and will offer a resolution which includes a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Abuse of Return Policy: OLRAA reserves the right to refuse service to customers who abuse the return process and may permanently ban such customers from using our services.
